摘要：
The concept of the "personal realization" is presented in the context of the problem of the professional formation of practical psychologists. The author considers that personal realization is the formation of the personal and professional position, professional ethics, individual style of professional activity with the help of the introspection, reflection of the sphere of values and essence of the personality. The professional development of practical psychologists is provided by the personal realization. The condition of its formation is humanistic and personal approaches. The components of the personal realization are the conditions of the professional education and training of the personal and professional position, professional ethics, individual style of professional activity, the introspection, reflection of the sphere of values and essence of the personality.
