摘要：

In the title compound, C14H8Cl2N4O2, the pyrazine rings are orthogonal to the benzene ring, making dihedral angles of 88.42 (8) and 89.22 (8)degrees. The Cl atoms attached to the pyrazine rings deviate by -0.0597 (5) and 0.0009 (5) angstrom from the ring plane. The crystal structure features C-H center dot center dot center dot N hydrogen bonds.
