摘要
Dietary components play an important role in the cause and pathogenesis of colorectal cancer by complicated interaction between diet components and gut microflora. Diet components not only alter bacterial metabolism, but also are chemically modified by microflora in gut into various carcinogens. Dietary fat, fibre, starch, total energy intake, calcium and dairy lactobacilli are currently under the study.
