ANTI-E ANTIBODY-RELATED HEMOLYTIC DISEASE OF NEWBORN

Minor blood groups incompability is an extremely rare hemalitic disease when compared with PH(D) and ABO incompability in the newborn period. There is a limited numbeer of papers publisheed about anti-E isoimmunization. Here, we present a hemolytic disease of a newborn indirect hyperbolinubinemia caused by anti-E isoimmunization is described in a term newborn admited to our hospital on the second day, Anti-E isoimmunization might cause significant fetal and newborn hemolytic disease. Anti-E antibody-related hemolytic disease of the newborn should be considered in the differnttial diagnosis of sever hyperbillubiamed and anemia in the neonated period.
