摘要：

Introduction: Collecting duct carcinoma is a rare neoplasm of the kidney. It is highly aggressive and life expectancy of patients is usually very poor. For the majority of patients, surgical treatment will not result in cure. Herein, two cases are presented and the literature is reviewed.
