Coexistence of eccrine porocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma of the ear, and synchronous basal cell carcinoma of the face

Eccrine porocarcinoma is an unusual malignant cutaneous tumor arising from the intraepidermal portion of eccrine sweat glands. It is commonly found in elderly persons and frequently occurs on the lower extremities. It is an aggressive and potentially fatal form of sweat gland carcinoma, due to its propensity to metastasize through lymph vessels. Basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma are the most common type of skin cancers. There was a combined tumor including eccrine porocarcinoma and squamouus cell carcinoma on left ear and synchronous basal cell carcinoma on face left side. We are presenting a very rare case that there was no in the literature.
