摘要:
Internet voting should be implemented according to the constitutional principles to vote. Equality is an expression of the democracy principles that rule the electoral process and the Mexican case, under the idea of equality, is another opportunity to study the constitutional principles in its relation with the Internet voting system as a new electoral revolution.
