摘要
In accordance with the guideline of the Council of Ministers of 21 December 1988 concerning the conformance of the regulations of the member states on permissible food additives (89/107/EEC), the specific guidelines in respect of artificial sweeteners, colorants and all other allowed additives were issued in 1994 and 1995. With this, the preconditions for the harmonization of the regulations on the use of food additives throughout the European Union have been fulfilled. This paper analyzes and explains the particular implications of the new regulations for the sugar Industry.
