摘要
Exact solutions of the Stokes equations are derived for the case of two unequal spheres slowly rotating or translating perpendicular to their line of centers in a quiescent, unbounded viscous fluid, following Wakiya[16]. Numerical results are presented for the force and torque coefficients for size ratios from 1·0 to 10·0, and separations down to 0·001 times the radius of the smaller. © 1969.
