摘要
A theoretical aeroelastic model has been developed for determining the blade flapwise motion of a helicopter rotor during rotor engagement and disengagement, particularly in high wind conditions during operation from the flight deck of a ship. A computer program has been written and results from it are presented for a Lynx helicopter. Details of the flow state over typical flight deck are provided by wind tunnel tests of a 1/120th scale model of a ship of the Rover class of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary.
