摘要
Of all the problems afflicting the country, it is clear that public safety is the most conspicuous one. Indeed, more than 50 thousand people dead over the administration of President Felipe Calderon (20062012), explain at length the importance of the problem. Undoubtedly, the phenomenon mainly generated by organized crime has become more complex so that it is just not about drugs, but for example, kidnapping and extortion are now prevalent as well. However, it is noteworthy that in the various analyzes on this elusive matter, studies are lacking on the conditions of the state of the art in this area.
