摘要：

Experimental evidence is presented showing the polarization characteristics of the oscillating modes in an active 6328 Å He-Ne gas ring laser cavity to be determined solely by the anisotropic characteristics of the passive ring cavity. The data is compared to that predicted from a Jones matrix analysis of the passive cavity. © 1979.
