The effects of high temperature annealing on dielectric properties of PbSc1/2Nb1/2O3 and PbIn1/2Nb1/2O3 ceramics has been examined. Dispersion of dielectric permeability epsilon and dielectric loss tan delta in the region of phase transition and 20 Hz-10 kHz frequency range for different exposure (0-80 h) to high temperature is reported.
