SELF-CONCEPT, COPTING STYLES AND CONDUCT OF THE UNIVERSITY STUDENT

The good personal appraisal and a positive vision of one same and the others favor the approach and the positive and satisfactory relationship. The present study explores the relations among the self-concept and the coping, analyzing them in the educational relation. A sample of 133 students of the Faculty of Education of the University of the Balearic Islands along the course 2002-2003. The results indicate the relation among the self-concept and the coping with the motivation and the satisfaction; as well as the importance of the satisfaction and the motivation in the monitoring of the studies and the dedication to the same.
