摘要：
Leiomyosarcoma ist the most common mesenchymal malignant tumor of the urinary bladder in adults. 91 cases have been reported so far. We present an additional case of a 77-year-old woman without any previous urologic or oncologic illness who was diagnosed to suffer from a giant leiomysarcoma filling the whole bladder. Diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of this rare malignancy is discussed on the basis of a literature review.
