摘要
For different-types of surfactants - anionic (sodium dodecylsulfate), cationic (cetypyridinium chloride), and nonionic (oxyethylated tridecanol), a study has been made of their influence on the properties of free films of gelatin-based foams. It has been shown that the film type and the region of film existence for binary solutions of gelatin and surfactant are determined by the structural-rheological properties of the adsorbed layers (the modulus of elasticity and the plastic viscosity). Thermodynamic parameters have been determined for black films formed from a gelatin/surfactant/electrolyte (NaCl) system. The contact angles are smaller than 1-degrees, and the additional tension is on the order of 10(-3) mN/m. The contact angles of black films in binary solutions decrease with increasing surfactant concentration, as do the rheological parameters of the adsorbed layers.
