摘要：

Until the enactment of Law 26/2015, of July 28 for which the protection system is modified to childhood and adolescence, families interested in adopting or fostering of minors did not have any paid work permit before completing the process of adoption or foster care. All existing paid employment permits, concentrated in the post-acceptance and adoption situation, which was that there was a significant difference between birth families and foster families and adoption.
