摘要
A multivariable control system has been designed and tested on a 30-tray, 2-m diameter industrial distillation column. The design was performed with the Inverse Nyquist Array method which provided a rationale for variable pairing and compensator selection. The compensated system showed considerable improvement in dynamic behavior compared to a set of interacting controllers in a multi-loop configuration. © 1979, American Chemical Society.
