FRESNEL PECULIARITY OF THE RESPONSE FUNCTION OF A QUANTUM ADIABATIC SYSTEM

摘要
We demonstrate in this paper that the response function of any quantum adiabatic system as a function of the frequency has a peculiarity in the vicinity of the frequency of the external field applied to the system. This peculiarity is similar to the one which appears in the photon distribution in the case of Fresnel diffraction of light at a screen edge.
