摘要
Phases with composition close to the kesterite end-member of the stannite-kesterite series coexisting with sphalerite in the Cu-Pb-Zn polymetallic veins of the Boccheggiano-Campiano ore deposit have been chemically analyzed. The formation temperatures of the assemblage were estimated to be between 245-degrees-360-degrees-C, according to the stannite-sphalerite geothermometer of NAKAMURA & SHIMA (1982). These temperatures are in good agreement with fluid inclusion homogenization temperatures measured on sphalerite (GARRONE, 1988) and with temperatures based on the coexistence of sphalerite, pyrite, monoclinic pyrrhotite and hexagonal pyrrhotite (GREGORIO et al., 1980). The data from Campiano demonstrate the use of the geothermometer of NAKAMURA & SHIMA (1982) in the kesteritic region of the Cu2FeSnS4-Cu2ZnSnS4 pseudobinary system.
