A systematic review has been done in this chapter about ascending aortic aneurysms. Different etiologies and clinical presentations have been described focusing on the necessity of an early diagnosis in the managing of this disease. A proper diagnosis and follow-up are important issues to establish the timing of surgery and avoid aortic rupture.
