摘要：

Epidemiological investigation of notifications of infective jaundice in Leeds early in 1978 identified 41 cases associated with the consumption of mussels from a common source. Serum samples were obtained from 35 of these patients and all were HBsAg negative. A high level of antibody to hepatitis A was demonstrated in the majority of sera tested. © 1979 The British Society for the Study of Infection.
