A reflection on the increasing procedural powers of the Administration. A study of the figure of the Secretary-General of the Administration of Justice

Through the following pages, we propose a concrete analysis with regard to the increasing power of the Administration in the judicial area. These powers take the judicial Secretary as a protagonist. On having taken as organizational beginning of these civil servants the unit of action and the hierarchic dependence, we centre our study on the figure of the General Secretary of the Administration of Justice, as apex of all the judicial Secretaries.
