摘要
In this study, the biometric features of the seahorse species belong to family Syngnathidae was investigated in Izmir Bay. Two seahorse species, Hippocampus hippocampus ( 29) Hippocampus guttulatus (200) were obtained from the commercial fishermen on February 2000. The length-weigth relationships, metric and meristic characteristics and length-weigth frequency were given for two species.
