摘要：
The numerical analysis for millimeter wave slot type coupler of overmode waveguide cavity is studied by mode-matching taking account of the thickness of the plate on which the slot is cut. It is found that the higher modes in cavity can be suppressed by proper thickness of the plat and proper dimension of the output waveguide.
