摘要：

In this paper, accented thc common characteristics of crimes against humanity and values protected by international law, respecting the autonomy of the criminal offenses listed. Identification and determination of the common katures will enable simpler and easier to difkrentiate the crimes that are the subject of interest in this work. The author is a common feature in the analysis took into account both theoretical aspects as well as work and practice of international and national justice, which in the present treatment recognizes these characteristics.
