The contribution of human resource management to the knowledge management

This article is aimed at demonstrating the relationship between human resource management and knowledge management, based on the research and analysis of current trends found in the literature. In this way, the approaches to the evolution of human resource management and the need for a paradigm shift are established. Next, aspects of knowledge management and its human dimension are addressed, establishing guidelines for bringing the strategic management of human resources in line with knowledge management processes. Lastly, conclusions are discussed in light of these theoretical perspectives.
