EFFECT OF THE PREPARATION PROCEDURE ON THE SURFACE-PROPERTIES OF NICO2O4 ELECTRODES

摘要
The effect of the preparation procedure on the surface properties of NiCo2O4 electrodes was studied. The electrodes were prepared by thermal decomposition, using two different routes. SEM, X-ray diffractometry, B.E.T. area and electrical resistivity measurements were used, in order to characterize the NiCo2O4 electrodes. The electrochemical behaviour was also studied, allowing a correlation to be made, between the surface features and electrochemical parameters, such as the anodic charge and the steady state current for oxygen evolution. © 1990.
