摘要
Remote work is spreading and it is mostly analysed through its drawbacks. This paper shows that remote work does not necessarily weaken collective work. On the one hand, distance does not solve misunderstandings and disagreement between employees and it might increase separation of roles. But, on the other hand, it covers those divergences. Moreover, repeated interactions help workers share practices and knowledge through distance and build trust.
