摘要
This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of vermicompost on four varieties of safflower as factorial experiment in a randomized complete block design in the Bam city in 2014. The first factor was treatment of vermicompost at three levels (0, 5, 10 ton per ha) and cultivars in four Kinds are (1-Padideh 2-Ardestan 3-Nain 4-Mahali Esfahan) in three replication. Trait of seed weight, number of seed per pod, and the number of pods per plant, plant height, biological and grain yield were measured. Based on the results of this experiment different cultivar of safflower effect on the 1000-seed weight, number of pods per plant and grain yield was significant. Vermicompost effect on all traits evaluated in this experiment except seed weight is significant, but the interaction of cultivars and vermicompost was significant only in plant height. Results showed that the highest yield in the Ardestan cultivar and the lowest yield was in Nain cultivar. The highest yield was obtained from 10 tons per hectare vermicompost treatment and the lowest yield from non-application of vermicompost. Most of the biological yield was in Ardestan cultivar with 10 ton per ha vermicompost and minimum biological was achieved from Ardestan cultivar and without the use of vermicompost. Maximum plant height was in 10 ton per ha vermicompost treatment and minimum plant height was in lack of vermicompost. Mean comparison showed that by increasing the amount of vermicompost plant height was also significantly increased. So, the maximum plant height was in Naincultivar with 10 ton per havermicompost, and the lowest of this traits was obtained in Naincultivarandnon-use of vermicompost. Totally, Ardestan cultivar and 10 ton per havermicompost was the best treatmentin this experiment.
