摘要
It is significant to improve the construction level of mining and metallurgy enterprise culture for the enterprise's management. Cluster analysis can classify enterprise samples and help the management to identify the stages of the culture construction. This paper points out the concrete steps of the application of cluster analysis in the improvement of the construction level of mining and metallurgy enterprise culture, including the steps of indexes selection, data collection and clustering analysis. Then, the paper provides a concrete case of thirty mining and metallurgy enterprises. We divide the thirty mining and metallurgy enterprises into three categories by the cluster analysis, enterprises with high level, intermediate level and relatively low level of enterprise culture construction. For different types of mining and metallurgical enterprises, we adopt different kinds of improvement methods to effectively enhance the level of cultural construction of mining and metallurgical enterprises.
