摘要：

The paper focuses on the extraction algorithms for dynamic effects in Flash animation. According to the file organization structure of Flash animation, we extracted the dynamic effects such as movement, shape change, colour change, zoom, and rotation. The study downloaded 2,360 Flash animations from the network, extracted their dynamic effects, and then analysed the characteristics of the dynamic visual effects of all kinds of Flash animations according to the classification of advertisement, game, MTV, cartoon, and so on. The results of this study can be used for the management, retrieval, and classification of Flash animation resources, and it is an important part of the content-based retrieval system of Flash animation network resources.
