摘要
The potentiostatic anodic oxide growth on Al, Nb, Ta and Ti shows deviations from the high field model, eg an overshooting current. The formation of mobile ionic space charges by an emission of anions and cations from the interfaces explains the shape of the transients, the coupling of anion and cation migration, and an oxide growth at both interfaces.
