摘要:
A qualitative investigation of the conduct and content of medical school admission interviews yielded results that indicate differences in interviewers' perceptions of the purpose and structure of the interview according to their professional background and amount of experience with the admission process. Informants delineated questions assessing core noncognitive attributes of candidates for admission which the interview should be structured to include.
