摘要：

The healthcare executives face increasing pressures to reduce costs and improve patient care. To accomplish this, many are reevaluating their organization's processes to enhance the effectiveness of their structure and procedures. In this paper, we look at the application of logistics approach to reorganizing of the internal and external hospital's supply chain, and how, through redesigning the structure and processes, the logistic cost can be reduced and quality service can be increase.
