摘要：
The preparation and spectroscopic characterization of six compounds of general formula [(Ph2P(CH2)nPPh2)(AuS2CNR2)2], n = 1, 2 or 3 and R = Et or c-hexyl, is reported. The spectroscopic data suggests monodentate modes of coordination for the dithiocarbamate ligands and this has been confirmed by a crystal structure determination of one derivative, namely [(Ph2P(CH2)2PPh2)(AuS2CNEt2)2] (1). The phosphine ligand in 1 adopts the extended transconformation with the Au atoms existing in linear P-Au-S geometries. Crystals of 1 are triclinic, space group P1BAR with a = 14.327(5), b = 14.411(5), c = 10.084(2) angstrom, alpha = 93.76(2), beta = 104.16(2), gamma = 107.53(3)-degrees and Z = 2; the structure was refined by a full-matrix least-squares procedure to final R = 0.038 for 4898 reflections with I greater-than-or-equal-to 3.0sigma(I).
