摘要
Polychlorinated biphenyls-degrading isolates, previously identified as Acinetobacter sp. strain P6 and Corynebacterium sp. strain MB1, have been definitively determined to be almost identical strains of Rhodococcus globerulus by polyphasic analyses including phenotypic characterization, chemotaxonomic determination and characterization of cell wall amino acids and sugars, plasmid content, genomic DNA fingerprinting and 16S ribosomal DNA sequence determination.
