摘要
In the current context, where media and interest groups question the investment in training for employment, an exploratory study evaluating the costs of an e-learning platform is presented. After a thorough review of the literature, key factors and recommendations for the implementation of the assessment model are proposed. the need to obtain a new evaluation parameter based on the return on investment (ROI, Return On Invest) so far has not been used in public investment in education is justified.
