摘要：
Embryonic axes with variable moisture content excised from walnut were stored after rapid freezing in LN2 with or without cryoprotectant. They were then thawed and grown on modified Driver and Kuniyuki's walnut medium supplemented with benzylaminopurine. A cryoprotective solution containing a high concentration 5M 1,2-propanediol and 20% sucrose allowed a large survival and regrowth rate with a 20% moisture content.
