SIMULATION OF BUBBLE BEHAVIOR IN THE INHOMOGENEOUS FIELDS OF THE PERMALLOY CONTROL ELEMENTS

摘要
A technique permitting the self-consistent calculations of quasistatic bubble trajectories and the region of stable operation of various elements of bubble storage devices has been implemented. A minimum-domain model has been used for the calculation of fields created by permalloy control elements. The results of calculations of the characteristics of domain-propagating arrays and turn elements of storage devices are discussed. The calculation results are compared with experimental data. © 1990.
