摘要：
Fe-57 Mossbauer spectra in amorphous TbxFe1-x films (AF) and Tb/Fe multilayers (MLs) were measured for a wide range of concentration and layer thicknesses. A small angle between the film normal and direction of H-bf was observed. This effect and the concentration dependence of Fe-57 hyperfine field in amorphous TbFe films are discussed.
