摘要：

We have investigated the physicochemical conditions of the single-phase synthesis of antimony orthoniobate single crystals in the Sb2O3-Ta2O5-KHF2-H2O2-H2O system. In the region of single-phase synthesis of SbTaO4 single crystals, kinetic investigations were performed on the conditions of its growth on a seed as a function of the solvent concentration, temperature gradient, and temperature. We have investigated the ferroelectric and pyroelectric properties of the single crystals grown and drawn conclusions about their practical applications.
