The structures of the following three disaccharides, isolated from Asclepiadaceae, have been elucidated: Drebyssobiose (1) = 4–0‐(3–0‐methyl‐6‐deoxy‐β‐d‐allopyranosyl)‐d‐digitoxose, lilacinobiose (7) = 4‐O‐(3‐O‐methyl‐6‐deoxy‐β‐d‐glucopyranosyl)‐d‐cymarose, and viminose (13) = 4‐O‐(3‐O‐methyl‐6‐deoxy‐β‐d‐glucopyranosyl)‐d‐digitoxose.
