摘要
The techniques of nanofabrication have a role in biology and medicine. As biological cells are infuenced strongly by topography, it is possible to guide cells using grooves, and use this phenomena for therapeutic purposes. Microelectrodes for the examination of the electrical behaviour of nerve cells are less invasive than conventional microelectrodes and allow networks of living neurons to be constructed.
