摘要
Excitation profiles of the Raman modes of pyridine adsorbed on a silver electrode in sodium chloride electrolyte of different concentrations do not agree with expectation from the charge-transfer model based on the dependence of the maximum voltage on the incident photon energies. The orientation of the adsorbed molecules might correlate with the position of the charge-transfer band.
