摘要
Trichoderma isolates were collected from different sources and screened for their in vitro parasitism of Rhizoctonia solani. They were grouped according to the different sources and each group compared statistically. 74% of the total isolates collected were regarded as antagonistic to R. solani in vitro. Isolates associated with pine bark source were very aggressive. The most aggressive strains were isolated from soil samples collected under the Speedling(R) trays of a commercial seedling nursery.
