A scheme of charged particles acceleration by means of a focused laser radiation in the presence of a constant magnetic field is optimized within the first order of the theory of perturbation with respect to the radiation field. The light is assumed to be focused with a cylindrical lens. The necessary angle between the magnetic field and the optical plane of the lens, the parameters of focusing are pointed out. Under optimum conditions the maximum energy gain is about eE lambda gamma.
