摘要
Optical phase conjugation (OPC) of the XeCl laser radiation (lambda = 308 nm) by two different kinds of stimulated scattering - SBS and STS has been investigated. It is shown that STS can be caused by both linear and multiphoton absorption and that SBS can be suppressed due to phase synchronism breakdown caused by absorption. The OPC quality deteriorates when SBS is replaced by STS.
