摘要
The monolayers of proteins of the photosynthetic reaction centers from Chloroflexus aurantiacus and Rhodobacter sphaeroides at air/water interfaces were prepared and investigated. The characteristics of these protein monolayers in dependence of temperature, pH and salt concentration in water subphase were analyzed and optimum conditions of stable film formation were found.
