摘要
A new synthesis of chelating ion-exchange resins containing thiol groups is described. These resins can be used as selective sorbents of chalcophilic elements in ore analyses, as carriers for metal complexes in catalysis, in solving some environmental problems and in hydrometallurgy. Optimum conditions have been found to produce ion exchangers with maximum content of chelating iminodithiol groups. IR-spectroscopy data, elemental analysis and preliminary metal ion sorption studies have demonstrated the structures of the initial, intermediate and final products. The resins show reasonable hydrophilic character and good oxidation stability.
